Here you can find a bunch of kitchen stuff which I use and love or, alternatively, I do not have but I do covet.  It seems like this would be an appropriate space for making a confession.  I am an addict…  I am addicted to buying kitchen appliances.  Sometimes, when I catch a glance of myself in a shiny surface of some stainless-steel, irresistible gadget that’s calling my name, I do get scared.  It’s all there… glossy eyes, open mouth, increased heartbeat and sometimes even a slight fever, accompanied by nervous twitching.  I have to be very sneaky and skillful when acquiring new kitchen stuff and conscientious about hiding the crazy eyes, so that my husband does not commit me to a rehab for all-things-kitchen-and-food obsessed.  The current allowance is buying one kitchen thing per week.  It usually happens on the weekend and is husband-supervised.  And on the remaining days of the week, I come here and create these kitchen appliance pages, to have something to look forward to and, clearly, to document my obsession.
